What I listen and read

I don't consume content to disconnect my brain, but to stimulate it. I love learning and staying up to date in tech and society, but I need it to be told by people with personality, own criteria, and a sense of humor. I run away from institutional or sweetened content. This is my list, grouped by what currently has me hooked.

AI & Stochastic 02

Portada de El Test de Turing
AI & Stochastic
Podcast

Another serving of AI with criteria: comparisons between models, news, and debate about where all this is taking us. Perfect to complement Monos Estocásticos without just sticking to the headlines.

Monos Estocásticos

Antonio Ortiz · Matías S. Zavia

Podcast

AI without the boring corporate hype. Here they talk about what's really happening in the sector, with criteria, up-to-the-minute news, and a rogue touch. I listen to it to separate the signal from the noise.

Heavy Mental

Javi Recuenco · David Alayón · Guillermo de Haro

Podcast

The format of a "long chat between friends who know a lot about their stuff." Complex thinking and problem solving mixed with pop references, dark humor, and zero posturing. I leave every episode with my head spinning.

Culture & Criticism 02

Portada de La Ingobernable
Culture & Criticism
Podcast

This brings out my most skeptical side. I like talk shows where politics, media, and society are analyzed by dismantling official narratives, with irony and free debate. No sweetened content here.

Portada de No Tiene Nombre
Culture & Criticism
Podcast

Free debate, without corsets and with a good dose of political incorrectness. When I want a talk show that doesn't self-censor and puts everything on the table, it's one of those that never fails.

What I read

Programming sites and newsletters I follow to not lose the pulse: backend and .NET, frontend, software architecture, and engineering culture.

Herramienta

The gold standard for moving beyond «vibe coding» into disciplined agent engineering. Skills like /grill-me force the model to interview you and challenge design decisions before touching code, while /to-spec and /wayfinder structure unambiguous requirements and prevent entropy in large codebases.
